It is believed to be the final throne of the world of Runnina, chosen by the Messenger of the Universe: Precious Heartmaker, that it's People were given a promise by him to clarify that by being the Eleventh Tribe of Cascribe, the (Outsiders), they are redeemed to become proven as a holy people by accepting, sighting God into their lives, using all the power they have to become the strongest.
